🚚 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60 for eligible items shipped directly by UASQUAD.*
*Some items are made-to-order and shipped separately by third-party production partners. Those items do not count toward the $60 threshold and may still have shipping charges. Your exact shipping total (including any split shipments) is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Why does my order show more than one shipment or more than one shipping charge?
Some products ship from different locations or use different fulfillment methods. When that happens, your order may be split into multiple shipments, and shipping costs may apply to one shipment even if another shipment qualifies for free shipping. Checkout will show the shipments and charges before payment.

🧼 How should I apply or care for decals?
We recommend cleaning the surface thoroughly before application and ensuring it’s dry. Apply slowly and press firmly. Avoid applying in extremely cold weather. Decals are weather resistant but not indestructible — handle with care for maximum longevity.
💳 Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be emailed to a recipient. Gift cards are not returnable.
