Refund and Returns Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of some of our products and fulfillment methods, certain return restrictions apply.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Decals
  • Clearance items
  • Digital downloads (non-returnable under any circumstance)
  • Gift cards
  • Worn clothing items (typically non-refundable if signs of wear are present)

📅 Return Window

You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund.


📦 Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging where applicable.
  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, a 10% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

💬 How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address manually along with further instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.


💳 Refunds Only

We offer refunds only. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for it to appear on your statement.


📬 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Free Shipping Adjustments
If your order originally qualified for free shipping and you later return items, we may deduct the shipping cost we originally covered if the remaining eligible items fall below the free-shipping threshold.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
We handle these situations case-by-case, and resolutions may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation.


👕 Third-Party Fulfilled Apparel & Accessories

Some items in our store are fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners.

For these products:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item you receive is defective or not as ordered (e.g. wrong size received, print error).
  • We do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer.

🎁 Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once issued.
  • Gift cards purchased through our store may only be used for purchases made on uasquadcc.com.
